Hi, I'm Katharina.
After 25 years working in communication across life science, healthcare, and complex B2B organisations - from small agencies to Fortune 500 companies - I've learned that great communication isn't about perfection. It's about clarity, action, and actually getting it done.
I've lived and worked in Germany, Switzerland, and the UK, leading communication initiatives across EMEA.
I understand the pressures of business, stretched resources, and the gap between "we should do this" and "we actually did this."
My approach
Hands-on, strategic when needed, and always biased toward action. I've worked across the full spectrum of communication: corporate and internal comms, digital marketing, external presence, change management, and crisis communication.
What makes me different is that I've also spent years leading Learning & Development in a multinational organizsation and have been an Insights Discovery® facilitator for over 10 years. That experience shapes how I approach communication.
I understand what makes messages land and how to engage different audiences effectively.
While L&D isn't my primary focus with Skill Boxx, those years gave me something valuable: an instinct for what resonates with people and what doesn't.
